Target Audience:

Management teams, human resources, department managers in private and public companies.​

Training objectives:

The training aims to provide tools and knowledge that will assist employees with disabilities to integrate into the work environment. Training includes: Methods to prepare staff, addressing social and technical implications, and providing staff with all the necessary skills for creating 'belonging' and 'inclusion' in the workplace.​

Program Content:
  • Getting to know the law and its meanings.
  • How to build an inclusive group in the workplace.
  • Professional and social actions required for inclusion and belonging for an employee with disabilities.
  • "Accessibility is not just a ramp" - accessibility and diverse adjustments in the workplace.

The training consists of 3 sessions, each session 135 minutes.​ ​
